Join Chris & Jodi Bond at Pomodoras on Coral for one of their many dishes that showcase local ingredients, including their famous Buffalo Ice Cream, using buffalo milk sourced from Margaret and Mal Thompson at Witta.
A special dish is being created just for Terra Madre Day using Mighty Bean Tempeh - made right here on the Sunshine Coast by Michael & Julie Joyce.
